The website provides general information about A. Rosenthal, its showroom, products, promotions, stories, collector and antique items, gunsmith services and related activities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website is informational and does not itself conclude a sale, reserve stock, approve finance or create a binding contract.

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and promotions may change, may contain errors and do not guarantee availability. Images may be illustrative. Contact the showroom to confirm current information before travelling, applying for finance or making a purchase decision.

3. Firearms, ammunition and regulated products

Nothing on the website is an offer or invitation to purchase, possess, use, transfer or transport a firearm, ammunition or regulated product unlawfully. Any enquiry, reservation or sale is subject to applicable Namibian law, licences, permits, age and identity verification, stock, payment and written approval. Website content is not legal advice.

4. Gunsmith and related services

The scope, feasibility, timing and price of any gunsmith or repair service depend on inspection, parts, safety, law and a separate quotation or instruction. Work may be declined where it is unsafe, unlawful or outside the service capability offered.
